These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceytrex Labs regarding your use of our website, services, and any related products or services.
By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to visitors, customers with accounts, purchasers of hosting/domains/packages, and others who access or use our services on www.ceytrexlabs.com.
Description of Services
Ceytrex Labs provides technology services and digital products from Colombo, Sri Lanka, including custom software and AI solutions, web development, Telegram bots, website maintenance, web hosting, domain registration, and business email.
We also offer and/or market ready-to-use platforms such as Ceytrex Tickets, Ceytrex Flow, Ceytrex Agent, Ceytrex ID Vault, Ceytrex eSMS, and Ceytrex Toolkit. Specific product sites or agreements may include additional terms for those products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable for paid services already in term.
Accounts & Dashboard
Some features require a customer account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@ceytrexlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used abusively, for fraud, or in breach of these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when engaging our services or submitting forms (including careers applications).
You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities, including malware distribution, spam, infringement, or attempts to disrupt our systems.
Files you upload (such as a CV) must be your own or shared with lawful permission, free of malware, and limited to the formats and sizes we allow.
You agree to cooperate with us and provide information reasonably required for service delivery.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Hosting, Domains & Renewals
Hosting and domain products are provided for lawful business and personal use subject to fair-use and acceptable-use expectations (no illegal content, spam, phishing, or resource abuse).
Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry rules and availability. Domain ownership and WHOIS accuracy remain your responsibility once registered.
Hosting and related subscriptions renew according to the plan term shown at purchase. Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion after notice where practicable.
We provide commercially reasonable uptime and support, but absolute uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed except where a separate written SLA applies.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Ceytrex Labs or our licensors.
Custom solutions developed specifically for you will be owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, platforms, and general knowledge used in service delivery.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
Payment Terms
Payments for online purchases and subscription add-ons are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless another currency is displayed at checkout. Card, bank, and wallet payments are securely handled by PayHere (Sri Lanka) Ltd., our authorised payment gateway.
By submitting payment details you authorise us and PayHere to debit the amount shown, apply any applicable taxes or government levies, and store tokenised transaction data needed for receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention.
You agree to provide accurate billing details and to ensure sufficient funds or credit are available. Additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or chargebacks imposed by your financial institution remain your responsibility.
Project invoices must be settled within the timeline stated on the invoice or engagement letter. We may suspend or delay deliverables when invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date.
Scope changes or expedited requests that impact cost will be quoted separately and billed only after your written approval.
Payment Gateway & Security
All card data is transmitted directly to PayHere over encrypted channels. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or payment instrument details on our servers.
PayHere is PCI-DSS compliant and may conduct fraud screening. We may share order metadata (customer name, email, phone, billing address, order reference, amount) with PayHere to complete the transaction and to investigate disputed charges.
Successful payment is confirmed only after we receive the secure callback notification from PayHere. Until confirmation is received, access to paid services may remain pending.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your payment credentials or account. We will work with PayHere to investigate and take appropriate action.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility is defined in the applicable project agreement or product description. Where refunds are approved, they are processed via PayHere back to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks initiated through your bank may incur administrative fees. You agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before raising a dispute with your payment provider.
If a payment is reversed due to fraud, insufficient funds, or a successful chargeback, we may suspend or terminate the related services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Prepaid fees are not refundable once work has commenced or a domain/hosting term has started, except where we are in material breach of these Terms.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our services.
Standard industry practices and publicly available information are excluded from confidentiality obligations.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our professional services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.
Website content, free tools, chat assistance, and product demos are provided 'as is' without any other express or implied warranties unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
We do not guarantee specific results, performance metrics, rankings, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
Either party may terminate professional services with written notice as specified in the project agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend website access, accounts, or paid services for breach of these terms, abuse, or non-payment.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered and prepaid terms already commenced up to the termination date, unless otherwise agreed.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
